This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P,C.'), is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.524 ot 2O2O of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registereiJ for the offences punishable under Sections 498A & 324 of IPC.

2, Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No,1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State and perused the record.

3, In the course of submissions, it is noticed that the petitioner/accused No,1. has not filqd a similar bail application before the Court of session, There are no special or exceptibnal circumstances to deal with this application by this court, Under these circumstances, this Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the^petitioner/ accused No.l to move a similar bail applica'tion bdfore the Court of Session, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any,^pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed,
