ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.6222 of 2019 on the file of the learned III Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Rachakonda, Ranga Reddy District.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.6222 of 2019 on the file of the learned III Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Rachakonda, Ranga Reddy District , is dispensed with except on the dates whenever his presence is required by the trial Court and he shall be represented by a counsel.
