2 statement of 41, A4, A5 and A8 have arrested the petitioners on 19.08.2019 and 21.O5.2OL9 respectively. He further submits that the entire case of the prosecution is based on confession of other accused only. He further submits that the police have already completed investigation and examined crucial witnesses. He further submits that the main accused, from whom 150 kgs of ganja was recovered have already enlarged on bail. He further submits that the petitioners are residents of the places mentioned in the cause title and they are ready to abide by the conditions imposed by this Court if they are enlarged on bail. He further submits that the petitioners are law abiding citizens and ready to co-operate with the investigation and hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioners.
