No.60 of 2017 by the leamed Court of Fast Track Special Judge For Trial of Cases under POCSO Act Cum- IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, (FTC) Ranga Reddy, at L.B.Nagar having found guilty, convicted the appellant under section 235 (2) CrPC and sentenced the accused/appellant under Section 12 ofPrevention Of Children From Sexual offences Act,20i2 to undergo RI for a period of Two Years and pay a fine ofRs. 1000/-in default to undergo Simple Imprisonment for a period of One month for the said offence, Pending disposal of CRLA No.29 of 2020, on the file ofthe High Court.

Heard.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner/accused in S.C.No.60 of 2017, vide order dated 20.12.2019 on the file of the Fast Track Special Judge for hial of cases under POCSO Act-cum-lX Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC) Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is hereby suspended.
The petitioner/accused shall continue to remain on bail on the same terms and conditions imposed by the Court below whilegranting interim suspension of sentence.
