ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
“… to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the high handed action of the Respondents No.3 to 5 in involving civil disputes and detaining the petitioner and other beneficiaries of weaker section house plots illegally at the police station, at the instance of Respondent No.6 to 8 in order to disturb their possession over weaker section house site pattas granted in Survey No.319 of Batasingaram Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District is arbitrary and illegal and against the principles of Natural Justice and consequently issue a direction to the respondents No.2 to cause enquiry over the illegal acts of the Respondents No.3 to 5 and take action against them as per law and pass such other order or orders appropriate in the case. ”
