Petitioner claims that he purchased the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2.10 guntas in Sy.No.198/E2 Part situated at Agapally village, Manchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, by way of registered sale deed dated 20.11.2018. Petitioner filed application through TSTS Limited on 25.07.2019 to mutate his name in the revenue records and to issue e-pattadar pass books. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.
