Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record.
and therefore recommended for correction. On due consideration of the record, the Tahsildar passed orders on 26.7.2017, directing to rectify the above mentioned entry and accordingly amendments were carried out in the online land records while modifying the extent of land in Sy.No.156/1 of Hyder Nagar village from Ac.4-01 guntas to Ac.11-01. In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner stood answered by the respondents and therefore, no further orders are required and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
