Syeed Ghousuddin and 3 Others Vs The State of Telangana and 4 Others

Petitioners claim to be owners and possessors of agricultural land in Survey Nos.41 and 42/16 (old Sy.No.105) to an extent of Ac.41-00 situated at Kesavapuram village, Charla mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem district. According to the petitioners, they made an application through TSTS web portal on 29.7.2019, requesting to conduct survey and fix boundaries. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. The F-line application filed through TSTS web portal is enclosed to the writ petition.

In view of the same and without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioners for conducting survey and for fixing boundaries after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners and thereafter pass appropriate orders, as per law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed.
