ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 23-10-2019 was filed in the Registry to that effect.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous applications if any shall stand closed.
