O R D E R
Sri K.L.B.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed letter dated 20.09.2019, stating that the matter is settled out of court and he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition, and hence seeks permission for the permission.
Permission is accorded, and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as
withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
