Judgment: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)
This Appeal is filed against the order dated 12-12-2018, in WP. No. 42976 of 2018.
After arguing the case for a quite length of time, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this appeal with liberty challenge the order which is adverse to the interest of the appellant.
Therefore, the Writ Appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
