HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR SECOND APPEAL No.912 OF 2002
ORDER:
This second appeal is preferred by the plaintiff assailing the judgment and decree dated 25.07.2002 passed by the learned XIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in A.S. No.256 of 1998, whereby the judgment and decree dated 09.06.1998 passed by the learned IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in O.S. No.2506 of 1993, was reversed.
plaintiff, submits that the sole respondent is no more, and, Sri B. Ashokvardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that the respondent also passed away in January, 2019.
submits that he is not pressing the appeal.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the second appeal stand closed.
