JUDGMENT:
Smt.A.Venkata Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the appellant filed a letter, dated 19.09.2019, in the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the second appeal.
Permission as sought for is accorded.
Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
