This Appeal is filed against the order and decree dated 29-11-2005, in F.C.O.P.No.263 of 2004, on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad.
On 04-02-2019, this case was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant. Today, neither the learned counsel for the appellant is present, nor any one represented on her behalf.
Therefore, the present appeal is, hereby, dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
