ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.793 of 2018 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 in C.C.No.793 of 2018 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam District, is only dispensed with. However, the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 shall appear before the Court below as and when their personal appearance is so warranted, in respect of the aforesaid Calendar Case.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
