O R D E R :
This contempt case is filed alleging disobedience of orders passed by this Court in WPMP.No.54527 of 2017 in WP.No.43985 of 2017, dated 22-12-2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the order has been complied with and seeks permission to withdraw the
contempt case.
Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed as
withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications,
if any, pending in the contempt case, shall stand closed.
