THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NOs.40719, 42768 OF 2017 AND 567 OF 2018
COMMON ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioners in these three Writ Petitions is that the respondent-Oil Companies are trying to introduce other dealers into area of operation of the petitioners, i.e. within 15 km radius and this Court granted interim orders initially not to finalize the grant of dealerships by the respondents on that ground. Later, the interim orders were extended from time to time.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that meanwhile, the respondents have issued dealerships and grant of dealerships is not in any way coming in the way of the petitioners and there is no encroachment into the area of operation of the petitioners and that the dealerships are issued under the Sheheri Vitrak, rurban Vitrak, Gramin Vitrak and Durgam Kshetriya Vitrak Schemes whereas the petitioners are operating under the Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitrak Scheme.
Recording the said submission, all these three Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
