JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellants/ defendant Nos.1 and 2 aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated 15.06.2017, rendered in O.S.No.186 of 2013 on the file of Judge, Family Court – cum – VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy.
3 . Learned counsel for the appellants/ defendant Nos.1 and 2 filed a letter, dated 16.04.2019, making a request to permit the appellants/ defendant Nos.1 and 2 to withdraw the appeal.
4 . Under these circumstances, permission is accorded and the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal Suit shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
