This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to deposit the amount payable under Land Acquisition Act in terms of the Judgment reported in Gu r u pr eat h Sin gh V Un ion of I n dia¹ to the credit of E.P.No.142 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Senior Judge, Warangal.

In the present case, interim order came to be passed on earlier occasion and the petitioner had filed Contempt Case before this Court alleging non implementation of the Orders in W.P.M.P.No.4977 of 2009, dt.02.03.2009.

No representation on behalf of the Petitioner.

As per the information furnished by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Narampet, a sum of Rs.4,24,950/ - was deposited on 05.06.2010 and the same has been withdrawn. In other words, the relief claimed in the Writ Petition stands granted. The material submitted by the respondents is not denied by the petitioner. Therefore, this Writ Petition is liable to be closed as the relief claimed in the Writ Petition already stands granted.

In those circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
