ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and other material on record.
“……to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring action of the 1st respondent in not deciding the Revision dated 11.02.2010 filed by the petitioner, fixing the date of hearing before the concerned Minister as is being done earlier, in spite of several representations, the latest being dated 09.06.2017, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, failure to exercise power, violative of the Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st respondent to forthwith dispose of the revision dated 11.02.2010 and pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
