ORDER : -
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that a case in Cr.No.117 of 2018 has been registered by the Police.
In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and accordingly the same is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
