This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in laying road through the petitioner's land in survey No. 998 admeasuring Ac. 0.12 guntas situated in Inavolu Revenue Village, Vardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District, without following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary.
