ORDER :
When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 01.11.2016 to the 1st respondent - State Government but no action has been taken on the said representation till date. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent – State Government to verify the said representation and take appropriate action as per law.
