Learned counsel appearing for the parties fairly state that the issue arising for consideration in this case stands squarely settled by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.45459 of 2016.
A copy of the order dated 06.11.2018 passed in W.P.No.45459 of 2016 is placed on record.
For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order and
in terms thereof, this writ petition is dismissed.
Interim order dated 15.09.2015 shall stand vacated. Pending
