Learned counsel appearing for the parties fairly state that the issues arising for consideration in these cases stand squarely settled by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.45459 of 2016.
A copy of the order dated 06.11.2018 passed in W.P.No.45459 of 2016 is placed on record.
For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, these writ petitions are dismissed.
Interim orders granted in these cases shall stand vacated. Pending
miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to
costs.
