ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader so also the learned Standing Counsel that if any private properties of the petitioners are required for public purpose, the respondent-authorities will follow due process of law.
The same is recorded and the Writ Petition is disposed of
accordingly.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand
disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
