COMMON ORDER:
When these two matters are taken up, Circular Memorandum No.1851/C-13/SCRB/CID-T/2018, dated 07.02.2018, is placed on record, wherein it is stated that the Circular Memorandum No.1851/C-13/SCRB/CIDT/2018, dated 03.01.2018, covering the subject-matter, has ceased to operate and that all officers are therefore instructed that they shall not act under the said Circular Memorandum any further.
Recording the above said Memorandum, dated 07.02.2018, the Writ Petitions stand closed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any,
shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
