ORDER
Sri Pasam Srinivas, learned counsel, representing Sri B.G.Ravindra Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
