JUDGMENT:
This appeal is preferred by the appellant/ claimant, assailing the judgment of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunalcum-VIII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), West Godavari District at Eluru, dated 08.03.2011, in OP No.308 of 2008, on the ground that the compensation awarded is inadequate.

Accordingly, the MACMA is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
