JUDGMENT:
The counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. He also filed a letter, dated 25.06.2018, in the Registry seeking to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the appeal.
Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
