JUDGMENT:
There was no representation for the appellant on 13.07.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today, ‘for dismissal’. In spite of posting the matter under the caption, “for dismissal”, there is no representation for the appellant today also.
Hence, the MACMA is dismissed for default.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall
stand closed.
