ORDER :
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the subject matter of the civil revision petition has become infructuous and an endorsement is made to that effect.
Recording the said submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
