This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioner, in STC No.5 of 2008 on the file of the court of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 13, 19, 22 r/ w 31 of A.P.Fire Service Act, 1999.
