ORDER:
The counsel for the petitioners reports that the matter under went trial and has reached finality and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 08.11.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.11620 of 2011 shall stand vacated.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending,
shall stand closed.
