COMMOM ORDER:
These petitions are filed, by the petitioners, who are A6 and A7 respectively, seeking for quashing of the proceedings against them, in C.C.No.3 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Nampally, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 409, 420 r/ w 34 IPC and Section 5 of APPDFE Act.
