ORDER:
The criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings against petitioners, who are A2, A3, A4, A5 and A6, in CC.No.168 of 2011 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge. Macherla. The offences alleged are under Sections 323, 498-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the light of the above, the criminal petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
