ORDER:
Today, at pre-lunch session, the matter was directed to post before another bench, after obtaining the order from the Hon’ble the Chief Justice and thereafter, at post-lunch session, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.V.L. Murthy, seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the petition.
Accordingly, permission is accorded and this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
