ORDER:
The petitioner/accused No.4 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels.
I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in C.C.No.726 of 2017 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad, which is outcome of crime No.270 of 2017 of Miyapur Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 & 313 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.726 of 2017 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad, are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
