ORDER :
Learned counsel for the petitioners - accused seeks permission of
the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition and to that effect he also made an endorsement on the case bundle.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel, permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in
the present Criminal Petition stand dismissed as withdrawn.
