JUDGMENT:
The learned counsel for the appellants filed a letter, dated 10.12.2018, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his clients to withdraw this Appeal Suit. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption, ‘for withdrawal’.
2. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption, ‘For Withdrawal’.
3. Learned counsel for the appellants is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal Suit.
4. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
5. The Appeal Suit is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
There shall be no order as to costs.
