ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents i.e, they have not completed the investigation and filed charge sheet in FIR No.42/2010 of Nandikotkuru Police Station, Kurnool District, though statutory period was over in filing the charge sheet.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
