ORDER:
Smt K. Udaya Sri, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that the
cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication at this stage
and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
infructuous.
As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
