Both these writ petitions arise out of the orders passed by the Additional Commissioner (Commercial Taxes), granting a stay of the collection of the disputed tax, upon payment of 50% of the disputed tax.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the
writ petitions shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
