This writ petition is filed questioning the order, dated 04.05.2006 in O.A.No.11194 of 2005 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

After arguing the case, Sri V. Ramesh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from petitioner No.2 i.e., the widow of original petitioner submitted that his client will be satisfied if respondent No.4 engages her as a daily wage worker.

The learned Government Pleader for Forests (TS) on instructions from respondent No.4 submitted that all the daily wage labourers are being engaged through outsourcing agencies and that keeping in view the fact that the original petitioner has worked in different spells from December, 1986 to October, 1994 in Government Timber Depot, Adilabad, his widow i.e., petitioner No.2

will be accommodated as a daily wage worker through outsourcing agencies.

In view of this understanding reached between the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of confirming the order of the Tribunal, however, with the direction to respondent No.4 to engage petitioner No.2 i.e., widow of Borra Adelu, as a daily wage worker on outsourcing basis under the existing schemes being implemented by the Forest Department.
