ORDER:
In view of the letter dated 05.10.2017, filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer petition, permission for withdrawal is accorded.
Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
