JUDGMENT:
In view of the letter dated 07.11.2017, filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners before the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal, permission for withdrawal is accorded.
Accordingly, this M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
