ORDER:
This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the unsuccessful respondent is directed against the order, dated 02.01.2014, of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nellore, passed in IA.no.808 of 2013 in IA.no.642 of 2013 in OS.no.390 of 2013.
When the revision is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the suit
itself was disposed of on 22.02.2017.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered view that no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the CRP shall stand closed.
