ORDER :
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the decreetal amount has already been paid and the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive any further, for adjudication.
Recording the said submission, civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
