ORDER :
Aggrieved by the order dated 14.02.2017 in Crl.MP.No.85 of 2017 in C.C.No.206 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jaggayyapeta, this revision is filed by the petitioners/ accused. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.
3. The Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, before admission, by giving opportunity to the petitioners to file fresh application, pursuant to the order of this Court another Bench in Crl.RC.No.1103 of 2016 dated 27.06.2016, however, by arraying of the persons, who are entitled to the C-Books or the keys of the respective vehicles for handing over of the keys or C-Books of those are if tallied with the names from the seized record to them for any interim custody, subject to execution of bond for any fixed sum with property security or bank guarantee and also subject to an undertaking in such bond to keep the vehicles in good condition and produce the vehicles as and when required and not to alienate the same, meantime and with any further conditions including by retaining any Xerox copies or with panchanama, as laid down by the Apex Court in Sunderbhai Ambalal Desai v. State of Gujarath1 .
4. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
