Petition under Section 438 oI Cr.P.Crgnying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Cou( may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 165 of 2017 of P.S. Golconda. -

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 10-11-2017 made in Crl.P.No. 820112017 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Syed Tusif Basha, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor^(TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following .-

" This^petition is filed seeking^relaxation of the condition imposedⁱⁿ CRLP.No.8201 of 2017 dated 10.11.2017 being that the petitioner shall attend before the police station on every Second Saturday and third Saturday between 10.00 am and^'11.00 am till filing charge sheet.

There is no adverse report with regard to the compliance of the above condition since its imposition. The Public Prosecutor does not refute the said submission.

Hence, the condition, which is to the effect that the petitioner shall attend the police station on every Second Saturday and third Saturday between 10.00 am and 11.00 am till filing charge sheet, is relaxed.
